Amazing Lake Maligne

48 km outside of Jasper you find the stunning Lake Maligne, a 22 km beauty surrounded by snow-covered mountains and if you are lucky like me, blue sky. Its name come from French, “wicked”, and was given to it by a missionary in 1846 how had troubles crossing the Maligne river.

Judging from the pictures, you understand this was the highlight of my trip.
